Table Performance
Use this function to enquire on table performance. The system captures a snap shot of table performance. This data can be entered at any time while the Processing Date is opened. The timing of the entry will be determined by the approach the casino uses, regarding this data. Tables that are being reviewed as a Pit will require their performance data to be synchronised. Head count data is displayed with a separate enquiry.

Chip Bank Report
This report list the pit and cage transactions in date / time sequence. It gives both an audit and reconciliation of the chip movements that occurred for the Processing Date. Each line is one transaction, the denomination quantities are printed across the line. A summary page gives a total by transaction type.

Unredeemed Chip Report
The Unredeemed chip Summary lists the denominations, showing the current stock of chips at each location and a calculated missing stock value. This missing value is representative of the chips held by players at the point in time.

Soft Count Exception Report
This report provides crucial information regarding the difference between the actual contents of the drop boxes and the expected contents. It encompasses cash and documents and the user can adjust the variance percentage either globally or on a report basis.

Pit Enquiry
This option will display details of the various transactions associated with table chip and cash movements and accountability. It is a valuable tool for the Pit Boss and Surveillance department.

Master Games Report
This report gives a summary by table of the transactions. The net value of these totals is a gross profit figure for the table, pit and casino as a whole. This report is used for accounting for casino revenue and distribution to government agencies.

Cash Inventory Report
This report lists the cash transactions by table. It gives both an audit and reconciliation of the cash collected at the tables for the Processing Date. This report is relied upon for the cash buy and casino and government auditing.

Gaming History
This report gives a summary by either; table, division, group, pit of the casino cash and chip transactions in a similar format to the Master Game Report. The user can select a date or range of dates as may be required for analysis or company reporting.
